Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

All orders are delivered door to door by either Aramex or Mainfreight, Monday to Friday. Customers located within the North Island can expect your items to be couriered within 2-3 working days. South Island customers can expect delivery within 3-5 working days of order placement.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Heatrite to be authorized to receive the goods. Once the goods are delivered to you, or an authorised representative, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they become lost or damaged.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout process.

RURAL DELIVERY CUSTOMERS

Please Note: Customers on the rural delivery register will need to allow another 1-2 days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Currently we are only shipping to NZ addresses.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully as Heatrite cannot accept goods for return if you have changed your mind. For any goods found to be faulty we will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
